STASoft partnered with Adrack LLC to build a flexible, full-featured platform that helps companies manage employee evaluations, track performance, and assign bonuses; all in one place.
We developed key sections of the platform including Reports, Events, People, and Templates, giving teams a clear overview of evaluations in progress. Users can set up new evaluation events with custom criteria, define bonus ranges, and assign evaluators with just a few clicks.
To reduce repetitive setup work, we also created editable templates that can be reused for future events. Super Admins have complete control over who can access what, with built-in role and permission management to keep everything secure and structured.
